skibbel is a peer-to-peer (P2P) dating chat application that uses WebRTC technology to facilitate direct communication between users. Messages, photos, and videos exchanged between users are transmitted directly from one user to another and are not stored on our servers.

You must be at least 18 years old to use skibbel. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We store only your profile settings and IP address on our servers. Your conversations and shared media are transmitted directly between users using WebRTC technology and are not stored on our servers.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use skibbel to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Share illegal, explicit, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate another user or person
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent the P2P nature of the service

6. Content Responsibility

Since skibbel operates on a P2P basis, you are solely responsible for the content you share with other users. While we do not monitor or store your communications, we reserve the right to terminate accounts that are reported for sharing illegal or harmful content.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall skibbel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We are not responsible for the content shared between users in P2P communications.
