2. Limitations Due to P2P Architecture

Due to our peer-to-peer architecture, skibbel does not store user messages, photos, videos, or other media on our servers. Content is transmitted directly between users using WebRTC technology. As a result:

• We cannot access or remove specific content exchanged between users
• We cannot monitor or filter content for copyright infringement
• Our ability to respond to DMCA takedown notices is limited to actions against user accounts, not specific content

3. How We Handle DMCA Notices

If we receive a valid DMCA notice regarding a user who is allegedly sharing infringing content, we may take the following actions:

• Notify the user of the complaint
• Issue a warning to the user
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the user's account for repeated violations

4. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
